Quality Correctional Care (QCC) is seeking a licensed practical nurse to provide comprehensive medical and mental health services across Central Indiana correctional facilities. The role emphasizes compassionate, holistic patient care, with shifts including days, nights, and weekends.

Candidate must hold LPN Indiana licensure or compact, CPR certification, and be able to stand for extended periods while lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to incarcerated patients.
• Perform assessments, plan care, and deliver treatments.
• Maintain pharmacology knowledge including formulary medications and costs.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and conduct 14‑day physicals.
• Respond to sick calls and follow up with providers.
• Manage chronic care and provide patient education.
• Respond to medical emergencies and lead life-saving measures when needed.
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
