Qualifications

• SC LPN license in good standing.
• 1+ year of LPN experience within the last 3 years.
• PSV from licensing board if required.
• Current BLS, N95 fit test, immunization records, TB test documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care under supervision of RN or physician.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs; report changes promptly.
• Assist with patient assessments and care plans.
• Perform wound care and basic nursing procedures as needed.
• Document care in EMR accurately.
• Educate patients and families on health maintenance.
• Assist with admissions, discharges and transfers.
