Responsibilities

• Contacts borrowers to identify non-payment reasons and provides loan repayment options.
• Establishes payment plans and follows up on promises to pay.
• Handles inbound and outbound calls in a call center setting.
• Makes repossession recommendations and issues Final Demand Letters.
• Ensures compliance with applicable laws and credit union policies.
