• Instruct and supervise student athletes; use instructional strategies to meet diverse learning styles.
• Develop and implement district-aligned lesson plans with written preparation evidence.
• Present material according to TEA guidelines, board policies, and admin regs.
• Plan and use strategies, materials, and equipment reflecting students’ needs and styles.
• Assess student learning and adjust activities based on results.
• Collaborate with special education teachers to modify curricula per IEPs.
• Work with staff to set instructional goals and supervise aides/volunteers.
• Use technology to enhance teaching and learning.
