Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead thorough disability claim evaluations by gathering and interpreting medical, occupational, and financial information.
• Create clear, accurate claim documentation and recommended decisions aligned with plan provisions.
• Oversee an assigned caseload of pending and active claims with timely follow-up.
• Communicate proactively with claimants, representatives, customers, attorneys, and others.
• Develop action plans and address return-to-work potential and escalated issues.
• Coordinate with physicians, attorneys, and consultants to obtain needed information.
