Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; ability to start December 14, 2026.
• Must be able to work within commutable distance to the posted site.
• Experience in customer service or claims support is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate long-term disability claims using medical, occupational, and financial information.
• Create clear, accurate documentation and timely claim decisions aligned with plan provisions.
• Oversee an assigned caseload with proactive follow-up and priority management.
• Maintain proactive communication with claimants, representatives, customers, attorneys, and involved parties.
• Coordinate with physicians, attorneys, and consultants to obtain needed information.
