Responsibilities

• Lead thorough disability claim evaluations by gathering and interpreting medical and other information.
• Create clear, accurate claim documentation and recommended decisions.
• Oversee an assigned caseload ensuring timely follow-up and progress.
• Communicate with claimants, representatives, customers, attorneys, brokers, and family.
• Develop action plans and address return-to-work potential and issues.
• Coordinate with physicians, attorneys, and consultants to gather needed information.
