TK Law Inc. is seeking a motivated Intake Specialist to join our growing legal team in Altamonte Springs, FL. You will be the first point of contact for clients navigating the legal process, shaping their experience from day one.

In this fast-paced role, you will must be highly organized, professional, and capable of maintaining confidentiality while delivering exceptional client service. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in legal intake, customer service, or client-facing role preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment with high inquiry volume.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct initial client intake interviews to gather case information and assess eligibility
• Accurately enter and maintain client data in case management software
• Communicate with prospective clients via phone, email, and in-person to explain the firm's services
• Coordinate with attorneys and legal staff to ensure smooth case onboarding
• Follow up with potential clients and track lead conversion through the intake pipeline
• Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion
• Meet intake goals and metrics while delivering exceptional client service
