Job summary
A regional child welfare organization in Bradenton is seeking a Learning and Professional Development Specialist to enhance the skills of its child welfare staff. Qualifications

Child Welfare certification is preferred.
Valid Florida Driver's license.
Responsibilities
Conduct individual and group training sessions to enhance the skills of child welfare staff.
Provide coaching, mentorship, and guidance to staff through observations.
Assess competency of child welfare staff and provide constructive feedback.
Work with the Quality Assurance team on quality improvement initiatives.
Help staff understand and adhere to laws, standards, and policies.
