Job summary

The Stepping Stones Group is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our full-time school-based team in Temecula, CA. You will support students' academic, social, emotional, and behavioral success while promoting a positive and inclusive learning environment.

As a School Social Worker, you will collaborate with students, families, educators, and community partners to identify barriers to learning, provide counseling and support services, and connect

Qualifications

• MSW degree from an accredited program.
• Valid CA LCSW license with PPS credential.
• Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group counseling to support students' social, emotional, and behavioral needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify barriers affecting learning and participation.
• Develop and implement intervention plans to support student success.
• Provide crisis intervention and conflict resolution services as needed.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, psychologists, counselors, and related service providers.
• Participate in IEP, 504, MTSS, and student support team meetings as appropriate.
• Connect students and families with school and community resources.
• Monitor student progress and maintain accurate case notes and documentation.
• Support attendance initiatives and social-emotional learning programs.
• Ensure compliance with district, state, and federal regulations regarding student services.
