Job summary

Qualifications

• Active Florida LCSW license in good standing.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health treatment planning.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and behavioral health services in a school-based and outpatient setting.
• Conduct 30-minute therapy sessions.
• Complete behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency behavioral health support when necessary.
• Collaborate with physicians, school staff, case managers, and behavioral health professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation within an EHR system.
• Support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and substance abuse issues.
