Qualifications

• Active Florida LMHC license in good standing.
• Experience providing psychotherapy and counseling services.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of behavioral health treatment planning.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced outpatient environment.
• Experience with Electronic Health Records (EHR).

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy, counseling, and behavioral health services in school-based and outpatient settings.
• Conduct 30-minute therapy sessions.
• Complete behavioral health assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide crisis intervention and emergency behavioral health support as needed.
• Collaborate with physicians, school staff, case managers, and behavioral health professionals.
• Maintain accurate documentation within an Electronic Health Record (EHR) system.
• Support patients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, behavioral disorders, and substance use issues.
