Job summary

EverCare Mobile Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to join our Idaho Falls team for in-person care in long‑term care settings. You will deliver psychotherapy, oversee LPC providers, and collaborate with facility staff to support residents and families.

The role offers a flexible schedule and a tiered pay structure based on visit types, with compensation in the $70,000–$90,000/year range,

Qualifications

• Active LCSW license in Idaho required.
• Must remain in good standing throughout employment.
• Ability to pass enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals with psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.
• Facilitate therapy groups and complete assessments for insurance compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain documentation in the agency’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including facility staff and other behavioral health professionals.
