EverCare Mobile Health in Cottage Grove, OR is seeking a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) to support residents in long‑term care with compassionate mental health care.

This in‑person role offers a flexible schedule and part‑ time/full‑time options, with a compensation range of $70,000–$90,000 per year based on licensure and bonus opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active LCSW/LCPC license in Oregon (Required).
• Ability to pass an enhanced background check through the Department of Health and Welfare.
• Experience supervising LPC providers and CBRS workers is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals experiencing psychological, emotional, or behavioral challenges.
• Oversee LPC providers and supervise CBRS workers as needed.
• Facilitate therapy groups and complete necessary assessments for insurance compliance.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and maintain up-to-date documentation in the agency’s EHR system.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including facility staff, PMHNPs, PCPs, and other behavioral health professionals.
