Job summary

Altasciences is seeking a Scientist, LCMS to drive analytical studies and ensure the integrity of assigned projects. The role involves method development, validation and sample analysis while maintaining regulatory compliance and client satisfaction.

The candidate will mentor Analysts, manage project timelines, and collaborate with PMs and clients to deliver high-quality data efficiently.

Qualifications

• Ideal: College/University degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Immunology or related field.
• Experience in regulated clinical/preclinical studies typically 3 years.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Scientist or equivalent.
• Knowledge of GLP and GCP regulations; SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan, manage, conduct, report and troubleshoot multiple assay types with scientific quality.
• Serve as Bioanalytical Principal Investigator for validations and sample analysis as assigned.
• Mentor Analysts and other team members in daily operations and project work.
• Ensure compliance with protocol/study plans, amendments, GLPs, SOPs and best practices.
• Communicate complex data to stakeholders clearly and concisely.
