Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering degree; PE preferred or EIT encouraged, with 3–15 years of land development experience and proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related software.

Qualifications

• PE license preferred; EIT encouraged to apply.
• 3–15 years of land development design experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design software.
• Strong knowledge of local and state land development regulations.

• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.

Responsibilities

• Conduct site analyses for land development projects.
• Prepare and review plans, specifications, and drawings for land development projects.
• Collaborate with surveyors, architects, and environmental engineers.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Perform grading, stormwater, and utility design calculations.
• Provide technical input during construction and address field challenges.
• Participate in client meetings and project updates.
