Job summary

ProCare Therapy in Methuen, MA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for the upcoming academic year. This contract-based, onsite role focuses on delivering comprehensive PT services to K-12 students across diverse needs.

You will evaluate and design individualized treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student participation and safety.

Qualifications

• Active Physical Therapy license required.
• School-based experience with K-12 students preferred.
• Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; onsite work in an educational setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy services to K-12 students with diverse needs.
• Conduct evaluations and develop tailored plans to enhance student mobility, participation, and safety.
• Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with IEP/504 plans.
• Communicate progress and recommendations to staff, families, and administrators.
• Offer consultative support, training, and resources to school personnel as needed.
• Participate in meetings and contribute to a collaborative school team.
