The ideal candidate has 3+ years of JD Edwards experience, strong communication, and the ability to work independently while delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent work experience considered.
• 3+ years of JD Edwards experience in an ERP/business systems role.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work with stakeholders across functions and locations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and prioritize requirements.
• Document requirements, test cases, exceptions, and acceptance criteria.
• Design practical JD Edwards solutions with ERP development teams.
• Analyze manufacturing, distribution, inventory, and supply chain processes.
• Drive process improvements and measure impact with KPIs.
• Provide user training and change management support.
• Lead JD Edwards projects from requirements to implementation.
• Maintain current process and user documentation and data quality.
• Stay updated on JD Edwards releases and best practices.
• Ensure security, regulatory, and IS compliance in JD Edwards processes.
