You will bridge business stakeholders and technical teams, translate requirements into clear acceptance criteria, and help ensure solutions are user-focused and aligned with ACS's technology strategy. The role emphasizes strong analytical skills and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum degree required: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Preferred degree: IT, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications: CBAP, CCBA, or Agile/Scrum preferred.
• 2–4 years IT business analysis experience.

Responsabilités

• Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and analysis of business processes.
• Translate requirements into clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases for IT initiatives.
• Collaborate with QA and development to validate solutions and ensure test coverage aligns with business needs.
• Maintain up-to-date business process documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, tools, and templates.
