Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Visio or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and document business, functional, and technical requirements through interviews, workshops, and process analysis.
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and use cases with IT/product stakeholders.
• Collaborate with QA and development teams to ensure test coverage aligns with requirements and business needs.
• Maintain accurate business process documentation and support knowledge transfer.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of BA practices, tools, and templates.
