Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales operations, forecasting, or analytics.
• Strong analytical and financial skills with inventory understanding.
• Advanced Excel skills, with pivot tables and data modeling.
• Familiarity with customer portals and retail compliance systems.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated with accountability and results focus.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and consolidate product forecasts with sales staff.
• Analyze sales trends and inventory to support demand planning.
• Monitor chargebacks and deductions; report trends to minimize impact.
• Create and maintain sales and product performance reports in Excel.
• Set up and maintain customer portals and onboarding of new accounts.
• Reconcile forecasts with inventory and financial goals with cross‑team collaboration.
