AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) seeks an Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our outpatient practice serving the New York metropolitan area. You will diagnose, treat, coordinate care, and provide preventive health services across multiple offices in NYC and Long Island.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of outpatient primary care experience, excellent communication, and an interest in population health management.

Qualifikationen

• Board Eligible/Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Current, unrestricted New York State medical license.
• Active DEA registration or eligible for registration.
• Active Medicare/Medicaid Enrollment or eligible to enroll.
• BLS or ACLS required.
• Comfortable with EMR and Microsoft Office.

Aufgaben

• Review patient history and perform physical exams; diagnose, treat, and refer to specialists as needed.
• Provide clinical diagnostic skills and preventive care recommendations.
• Prescribe medications and manage ongoing treatment plans.
• Provide relationship-centered care considering psychosocial and physical needs.
• Collect and record medical histories and exam results; maintain records.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure quality care.
• Participate in medical staff education and meetings.
