AdvantageCare Physicians (ACPNY) is seeking a practicing Internal or Family Medicine physician to join our high-quality primary care team serving New York City and surrounding areas. You will provide full-scope primary care including diagnosis, treatment, preventive care, and health maintenance.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years outpatient experience, strong communication, and interest in population health management. NY licensure and board eligibility are required.

Qualifications

• MD/DO or foreign equivalent required.
• Completion of three year post graduate medical training from a U.S. accredited residency program in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
• Board eligibility/certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine; NY license active or eligible.

Responsabilités

• Review patient histories and perform physical examinations; diagnose and treat; refer to specialists as needed.
• Provide quality diagnostic skills and review test results; offer preventive care recommendations.
• Prescribe medications and formulate ongoing disease management plans.
• Offer relationship-centered care considering psychosocial and physical needs.
• Collect and record patient information; maintain complete and accurate medical records.
• Communicate effectively with the clinical team to ensure quality care delivery.
• Participate in medical staff education programs and meetings.
