Devine Business Group is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative and Trainer to independently build relationships with local employers, selling high-value supplemental insurance benefits and guiding teams to success. The role also includes coaching and mentoring future sales talent in the field.

This full-time position offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule with occasional weekends, a base draw with uncapped commissions, regular bonuses, CRM training, and licensing reimbursement after

Qualifications

• At least four years of work experience in sales or training.
• Experience as a coach, educator, or mentor is a plus.
• Ability to guide others toward success with integrity.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a direct sales representative and field trainer.
• Develop B2B relationships to introduce supplemental insurance benefits.
• Coach and mentor future sales talent in the field.
• Work as an independent contractor while collaborating with a team.
