Job summary

CyrusOne Insurance & Risk Analyst in Dallas supports CyrusOne's global insurance and enterprise risk management programs across data center operations, construction activities and investments. You will administer policies, renewals and certificates; analyze risk data and claims; and report insights to Risk Management leadership.

Collaborating with internal teams, brokers and external partners, you’ll maintain documentation, identify gaps, and help automate processes to improve ERM workflows.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in corporate insurance, risk management, or related fields.
• Knowledge of policy administration, certificates of insurance, renewals and claims.
• Strong analytical, organizational and documentation-management skills.
• Ability to work with internal stakeholders, brokers, vendors and partners.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and SharePoint.

Responsibilities

• Maintain insurance policies, schedules and certificates; keep documentation current.
• Support annual renewals, collecting underwriting and project data with stakeholders.
• Document insurance requirements for construction, vendors and investments.
• Maintain project and risk trackers; escalate gaps or material risks as needed.
• Coordinate catastrophe modeling and other property-risk data for exposures.
• Assist with claims reporting, tracking and stakeholder coordination.
• Analyze premiums, exposure data and risk trends for reporting.
• Support ERM program with risk records, updates and recurring reporting.
• Prepare reports for the Global Director of Risk Management and others.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes via automation and technology.
