Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and strong academic record.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; financial modeling and/or real estate focus preferred.
• Investment banking, corporate banking, private equity, finance, and/or accounting experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide analytical support for financing-related activities, including Excel modeling and report generation.
• Build underwriting and financial models for debt financing structures and covenants impact.
• Ensure compliance with financing agreements and prepare required financial reporting.
• Prepare and maintain debt-related documentation, including offering memoranda and term sheets.
• Manage monthly funding requests under financing agreements and related documentation.
• Assist in data collection and modeling to support strategic initiatives and capital allocation.
