Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–2 years of experience in developing insurance coverage forms.
• Ability to conceptualize and create insurance forms and endorsements.
• Ability to interpret state laws and regulations in the policy lifecycle.
• Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong interpersonal ability.
• Project management experience preferred.
• Proficient in standard office software including Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Develop insurance policy forms for new and revised coverages that convey underwriting intent and market competitiveness.
• Identify and confirm compliance with applicable regulations.
• Prepare documentation to assist with product filings and state insurance requests.
• Assist and share knowledge with PRS colleagues.
• Foster relationships with internal stakeholders.
• Participate in special projects as requested.
