TD2 Oncology is seeking a Research Associate - In Vitro Pharmacology to support tissue culture tasks, cell-based assays, and molecular biology work. The role emphasizes precise data collection, protocol adherence, and collaboration with lab management to meet project milestones.

The candidate will perform cell culture, execute pharmacology studies, and assist in training staff, contributing to a robust, compliant lab environment. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented position in Scottsdale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with 1–2 years direct in vitro pharmacology experience.
• Experience in tissue culture techniques and in vitro cell-based assays.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office applications and data recording.

Responsabilités

• Perform tissue culture activities including thawing, passaging and general cell culture tasks.
• Execute in vitro pharmacology studies as assigned and maintain detailed records.
• Collaborate with lab management for daily planning and task updates.
• Adhere to study protocols and regulatory SOPs, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist in training less experienced staff and support routine maintenance of equipment.
• Contribute to weekly lab meetings by reporting progress and results.
