Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Biology, Biochemistry, or Neuroscience with 2+ years experience.
• Hands-on experience with human tissue culture and cell-based assays.
• Proficiency in RNA purification, qPCR, and molecular biology techniques.
• Experience with high-throughput screening workflows and plate-based assays (96/384-well).
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with analytical problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Execute experiments and troubleshoot assays in multi-disciplinary teams.
• Support HTS, hit identification, and lead optimization via biochemical and cell-based assays.
• Conduct mechanism-of-action studies using cellular and biochemical methods.
• Document results in notebooks and present findings internally.
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and laboratory safety.
