Strides ABA is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver in-home or daycare-based ABA therapy to children with developmental disabilities. You will work under BCBA supervision, implement treatment plans, and collect data to monitor progress.

The role emphasizes direct client contact, ongoing training, and collaboration with families to support each child’s potential while upholding professional standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ABA principles and data collection.
• Willingness to learn via provided trainings.
• Strong communication with families and team.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, daycare, or community settings.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful interactions with clients and families.
