Strides ABA is seeking a dedicated Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home and daycare-based ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities. You will work under the supervision of a BCBA, implement individualized behavior plans, collect data, and reinforce positive behaviors to improve quality of life.

Formación

• Knowledge of ABA principles or willingness to learn through trainings provided.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
