Strides ABA is hiring a part-time Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide in-home, daycare, or community ABA therapy for children with developmental disabilities. You will work under BCBA supervision, implementing tailored behavior plans and keeping precise data on progress, while collaborating with families and the clinical team to support each child’s growth.

Ideal candidates are 18+, willing to train to become an RBT, with a HS diploma (BA preferred) and reliable transportation to reach clients

Formación

• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to complete training to become an RBT.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in-home, in the community, or at a daycare center.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the BCBA.
• Accurately collect and record data on client behavior and progress.
• Collaborate with the BCBA regarding client care.
• Ensure a safe and engaging learning environment for the client.
• Maintain professional, respectful, and compassionate interactions with clients and their families.
