Job summary

You will supervise RBTs, collaborate with families and a multidisciplinary team, and ensure ethical, evidence-based practices. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to support client outcomes and growth.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required.
• Master’s degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.
