Job summary

Aluma Care in Overland Park, Kansas seeks a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. You will develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans, supervise RBTs, conduct assessments, and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure client success.

This role offers flexible shifts, part-time or full-time options, and a pay range of $55–$85 per hour with performance bonuses and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and active.
• Master's degree in ABA or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
