Aluma Care is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our ABA team in Lawrence, Kansas. We offer a supportive environment with opportunities for professional development and impact on kids' lives.

The role includes developing ABA treatment plans, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with families and multidisciplinary teams. Pay ranges from $70,000 to $90,000 per year, with both part-time and full-time options and flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Current BCBA certification required.
• Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for making a meaningful difference in clients' lives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans.
• Supervise RBTs and provide ongoing training and support.
• Conduct assessments and adjust treatment goals as needed.
