Pillars of Wellness is seeking a passionate clinician to serve as the Immigration Services Program Lead. This role balances clinical work with program development, leading Immigration Services Specialists and expanding services for immigrant communities.

The position qualifies as a Center of Excellence leadership role, enabling growth in leadership capacity while delivering evidence-based care. The role includes building partnerships with community organizations, legal advocates, schools, and

Qualifications

• Licensed LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, LPC or equivalent per state licensure.
• Experience serving immigrant, refugee, asylum-seeking populations preferred.
• Leadership, supervision or program development experience preferred.
• Ability to balance clinical work with leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Immigration Services Program and supervise the team.
• Provide individual and/or group therapy for immigrant populations.
• Facilitate group consultations and provide clinical guidance to Specialists.
• Collaborate with leadership to define goals, outcomes and community impact.
• Develop culturally responsive services, trainings, and program initiatives.
• Recruit, mentor and support Immigration Services Specialists within the CoE framework.
• Oversee outreach, education, coordination and training efforts.
