Job summary

NACBA is seeking a Legal Clinic Manager to oversee immigration services, surly supporting citizenship, DACA, and Green Card renewals. The role emphasizes building community leadership, bridging clients to legal counsel, and advancing policy advocacy.

You will supervise interns, coordinate grant deliverables, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-impact programming while maintaining strict confidentiality and ethical standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• Professional fluency in English and Spanish is required.
• Experience in immigration legal services or nonprofit settings is preferred.
• Proficiency with immigration case management systems and Google Workspace is expected.

Responsibilities

• Provide accessible, high-quality legal support for citizenship, DACA, and Green Card applications.
• Manage client intake, document preparation, and form completion with accuracy.
• Maintain confidential client files in compliance with grant guidelines and ethics.
• Build and sustain relationships with community leaders and partners.
• Coordinate advocacy, workshops, and advisory councils with community input.
