You will work closely with the Principal Attorney, gain hands-on courtroom experience, and contribute to a multidisciplinary team committed to meaningful client service.

Qualifikationen

• Active Massachusetts bar license.
• At least 2 years of immigration law experience.
• Fluency in Spanish with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, sound judgment, and ability to prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced practice.
• Collaborative, proactive, and committed to continuous learning and supporting team members.

Aufgaben

• Guide prospective clients through consultations and explain options and next steps.
• Independently manage a substantial caseload using case management systems; track deadlines and progress.
• Develop case strategies with the Principal Attorney and participate in status meetings.
• Prepare filings and motions related to immigration applications and appeals.
• Represent clients in USCIS interviews, Immigration Court hearings, and other proceedings; prepare clients for interviews.
