Job summary

NexGen Hyperbaric is seeking a Hyperbaric Technician in Haxtun, CO. This full-time role administers hyperbaric oxygen therapy under physician guidance and supports a patient-first environment.

Responsibilities include safe chamber operation, documentation in EMR, and onboarding new team members. Requires BLS, EMT/CNA/CMA licensure, and 2+ years clinical experience; travel is possible.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Licensed/Certified EMT, CNA, or CMA with state or national licensure.
• Valid Driver's License with positive driving history; Chauffeur's license may be required.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) from approved agency.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in clinical environment; hyperbaric therapy preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in fast-paced team environment.
• HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate hyperbaric chambers and related systems.
• Perform chamber operations and maintenance as required.
• Provide a caring environment with a patient-first philosophy.
• Deliver Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy safely and effectively.
• Assist onboarding and precept as applicable.
• Maintain compliance with clinical documentation guidelines and data.
• Contribute to safety policy updates and safe environment.
• Document promptly in the EMR system.
