Red Oak Management Co., Inc. is seeking a full-time Affordable Housing Property Manager to lead operations at a large 160-unit community in Muskegon, MI.

You will ensure HUD and Fair Housing compliance, oversee staff, and maintain resident services with a focus on organization and accountability. You will process rental applications, coordinate with the Muskegon Housing Commission, supervise an office/leasing assistant, and guide the team to deliver outstanding customer service while upholding

Qualifications

• Experience with affordable housing and HUD compliance standards.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local Fair Housing laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills in person, through email, and via Teams.
• Dependable and reliable attendance.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of a 160-unit community.
• Process rental applications and coordinate with the Muskegon Housing Commission.
• Ensure compliance with HUD and Fair Housing requirements.
• Welcome new residents through the leasing process and supervise staff.
