Qualifications

• Previous experience coaching high school cross country.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to educate and motivate athletes of all ages.
• First Aid/CPR card required or obtained upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training programs tailored to the needs of the team.
• Conduct regular practices, ensuring appropriate instruction and feedback.
