Qualifications

• Minimum Associate's Degree in Social Work or a related field.
• Licensed Social Worker (LSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Engage tenants with activities and education within the housing program.
• Build a community of neighbors and introduce tenants to activities.
• Assist tenants in identifying barriers to success and developing coping skills.
• Provide limited case management services.
