Job summary

Accessible Space Inc. in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a full-time Regional Housing Manager to join our administrative team. The position offers a hybrid schedule and oversees HUD-affordable housing programs nationwide.

You will manage multiple properties, coordinate resident move-ins and move-outs, and supervise staff while maintaining compliance and annual budgets. Travel to properties across the US is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in multi-site housing management.
• Experience with HUD affordable housing and rental assistance programs.
• Bachelor’s Degree or combination of equivalent experience and education may be substituted.
• Must be able to travel out of state.

Responsibilities

• Manage locations throughout the United States.
• Communicate with residents effectively.
• Develop and monitor annual budgets for each property.
• Coordinate marketing, interviews, and paperwork for new residents; oversee move-in/move-out procedures.
• Hire, supervise, training, and direction of building staff.
• Maintain records according to HUD requirements.
