Job summary

AppleOne Employment Services client is seeking a detail-oriented housing programs support specialist. You will provide excellent service to applicants, tenants, and landlords, and process applications, recertifications, and eligibility for housing assistance.

Coordinate inspections, orientations, and case management; communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams; maintain records to ensure HUD compliance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong multitasking and communication skills.
• Experience with order entry or case management is a plus.
