• CPR Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and treatment of hospital patients in rehabilitation services.
• Maintains patient rapport and cooperates with team for problem resolution.
• Ensures confidentiality of patient information and privacy in clinical areas.
• Develops and implements individualized age-appropriate speech-language plans of care.
• Documents patient interactions timely and accurately per state and payer requirements.
• Communicates effectively with patients, families, and staff and participates in staff development.
