Encompass Health Corporation invites an experienced Hospital CEO to lead one of our 150+ nationwide inpatient rehabilitation facilities with a focus on compassionate care and community connection. You will drive operational excellence and financial stability while delivering patient-centered outcomes.

As part of our Encompass Health family, you will champion a culture of inclusion, guide strategy, and collaborate with medical staff to uphold the highest standards of care across the organization.

Qualifications

• Master's or Bachelor's with equivalent experience in overseeing hospital operations, budgeting, and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in healthcare leadership and managing large teams across hospital settings.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, Joint Commission standards, and governing board policies.
• Foster a work environment and culture that empowers hospital staff to meet Encompass Health's mission.
• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance performance.
• Take responsibility for patient census and actively participate in marketing services within the community.
• Promote inclusivity and diversity in the patient environment and workplace.
• Motivate and celebrate the achievements of the team.
