Encompass Health is seeking a Hospital CEO to lead one of our 150+ inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. You will drive operational excellence, financial stability, and patient-centered care while building a strong local community presence.

This role requires a Master’s degree (or equivalent experience), senior healthcare leadership, and a commitment to compliance and teamwork. You will guide strategy, oversee staff, and ensure quality care aligned with Encompass Health's mission.

Competenze

• Master’s degree in MBA, Healthcare Admin, or related field.
• Bachelor’s degree with work experience equivalent to a master’s degree, including overseeing hospital operations and budget development.
• Five years of healthcare management experience, with 2–3 years in a senior management role.

Mansioni

• Oversee hospital operations and continuously assess and enhance the hospital's performance.
• Take responsibility for the patient census and actively participate in marketing our services within your community.
• Promote and maintain a culture of inclusivity and diversity that respects and embraces everyone in the patient environment and workplace.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and the policies and procedures set forth by the Governing Board and Medical Staff, as well as Joint Commission standards.
• Take charge of fostering a work environment and culture that empowers the hospital and staff to fulfill the Encompass Health mission by surpassing its objectives.

Formazione

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related healthcare field
