Job summary

Qualifications

• National board certified in music therapy (MT-BC) through the Certification Board for Music Therapists.

Responsibilities

• Accepts, triages, and follows up on referrals for creative arts therapy services.
• Follows professional and regulatory visit procedures for home and facility-based care.
• Completes comprehensive initial clinical assessments and updates.
• Delivers creative arts therapy interventions to meet client needs.
• Documents clinical work according to agency guidelines and medical records standards.
• Promotes the mission and growth of the creative arts therapy program.
