Job summary

• Licensed to practice in NY or allowed to practice under permit.
• National board certified in music therapy (MT-BC).
• At least 1 year of experience as a creative arts therapist in hospice, palliative care, or acute medical settings.

Responsibilities

• Triage and manage referrals for creative arts therapy services.
• Conduct comprehensive initial clinical assessments and update plans.
• Provide creative arts therapy interventions tailored to end-of-life needs.
• Document clinical notes per agency guidelines and medical records standards.
• Support mission growth and contribute to program marketing and education.
