Metropolitan Jewish Health System is seeking a licensed creative arts therapist to provide the clinical assessment and treatment of end-of-life issues in Nassau and Queens. The role integrates psychosocial and spiritual care within an interdisciplinary plan of care.
You will triage referrals, conduct initial assessments, document in medical records, supervise interns, and support program development and marketing efforts to advance the organization's mission.

This position utilizes creative arts therapy interventions to provide the clinical assessment and treatment of physical, psychosocial, and spiritual end-of-life issues for patients, caregivers, and bereaved persons in accordance with the interdisciplinary plan-of-care. Participates in the clinical training and supervision of creative arts therapy interns; and supports special programming, research, education and marketing efforts to promote the organization’s mission and growth.
